• To ensure the smooth handling of port operations by the port operator
• Ensure port users get quality services for the needs of Labuan Island;
• Take immediate action on complaints and take into account the views of the public on services and facilities at the port;
• To produce a professional, skilled and trained workforce to further improve service quality and productivity:
• Ensure port users comply with all port guidelines and carry out operational work in accordance with LPA laws and regulations;
• To promote and encourage the development, development, and infrastructure of the port for the convenience of its users.
